FS1A Safety Controller

HE1B Series

The HE1B is small, lightweight and highly reliable. It is ideally suited for use in robotic teaching pendants and complies to major industry regulations. It provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation.

HE1G Grip Switch

HE1G grip switches are available with or without a built-in Emergency Stop switch, and were designed for use as "deadman" switches by second operators in robotic cells. The Off-On-Off functionality provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation.

HE1G-L Light Grip Switch

HE1G-L grip switches are available with or without a built-in Emergency Stop switch, and were designed for use as "deadman" switches by second operators in robotic cells. Compare to the standard HE1G, the HE1G-L has lighter operating force to On position.

HE2B Series

HE2B redundant, or double basic switches have multiple contacts for extra reliability, and meet all major robotics industry requirements. Off-On-Off functionality provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation.

HE2G Compact Grip Switch

HE2G series grip switches designed for use as "deadman" switches by second operators in robotic cells. The Off-On-Off functionality provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation. The HE2G is very compact and provide a comfortable hold. It's also very light operating force to ensure worry-free operation. Additional control buttons such as momentary pushbuttons, E-stop and/or key selector switch are also available.

HE3B Series

The HE3B enabling switch mounts into a standard 16mm panel cut out, and it has most of the same features as IDEC's other enabling switches. HE5B Series

The HE5B is small, easy to mount and highly reliable. It is ideally suited for use in robotic teaching pendants and complies to major industry regulations. It provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation.

HE6B Series

HE6B is ergonomically designed to work where human interaction is required to turn on a machine or robot while the user is in a potentially dangerous area. Typically enabling switches are installed in grip switches or pendant stations. This 3-position enabling switch not only turns a machine on when pressed, but also turns machines off when over pressed or squeezed, as long as the switch is installed correctly in an adequate safety circuit. Two contacts are provided so that even if one contact fails, the other can disable machine operation. Functionality is the same as all previous HE devices and meets all stringent requirements to meet IEC standard 60947-5-8 for this class of products. A waterproof rubber boot, available in yellow or black, provides IP65 protection.

HR1S Safety Control Relay

HR1S safety control relays are compact units designed to monitor safety input devices, which allow machine operation only when all safety controls are functioning properly and hazardous conditions are not detected. Supported safety devices include E-Stops, interlock switches and non-contact safety switches. These relays have either instantaneous (STOP 0) or time delayed (STOP 1) relay safety outputs, as well as solid-state outputs for use with diagnostics, troubleshooting and correct system operation. In addition, front panel LEDs can be used for monitoring the current status and most models are available in a variety of monitoring configurations, including removable terminals, monitored start, and single- or dual-channel operation.

HR2S Safety Relay Modules

The HR2S series safety relays provide users increased functionality and flexibility when designing system to meet safety requirements. HR2S safety relays are compact modules designed to allow machine operation only when all safety controls such as Interlock Switches, E-stop switches, Light Curtains, etc. are functioning properly and aren’t reporting hazardous conditions. The HR2S feature removable terminals for easy wiring and installation, and time delay circuit.

HS1B Full Size Interlock Switches

The HS1B is a full-size interlock switch in a more rugged, industrial die-cast aluminum housing. Options include an LED indicator in red or green, and two different circuit configurations.
